This recycling guarantee is valid as long as Eco Turf Synthetic Surfaces is operational and offering this service. In the event of discontinuation of business operations, this guarantee will no longer be applicable.

LABOR AND REMOVAL

Eco Turf Synthetic Surfaces’ recycling guarantee covers the responsible recycling of the turf material only. Any costs associated with the removal, preparation, or transportation of the synthetic turf from its installed location to the designated pickup point will be the responsibility of the turf owner. Eco Turf Synthetic Surfaces is not liable for any damage or loss that may occur during the removal process.

ORIGINAL PURCHASE

This guarantee applies only to synthetic turf originally purchased from and installed by Eco Turf Synthetic Surfaces. Proof of purchase may be required.

APPLICABLE LAWS

This guarantee is subject to local, state, and federal regulations, and may be modified or withdrawn if necessary to comply with those regulations.
