California Eco Turf Workmanship Warranty Terms & Conditions

Warranty Coverage: California Eco Turf (“the Company”) provides a 3-year workmanship warranty (“Warranty”) on all turf installations. This Warranty covers defects in workmanship for the duration specified, starting from the date of project completion.

Exclusions: This Warranty does not cover:

a. Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, vandalism, accidents, or acts of nature such as floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, or other external forces.

b. Normal wear and tear.

c. Damages caused by chemicals, pets, or sharp objects.

d. Issues arising due to non-adherence to maintenance guidelines provided by the Company.

Claims Process:

a. To initiate a claim under this Warranty, the customer must notify the Company in writing, describing the nature of the defect and providing evidence such as photographs.

b. The Company will review the claim and, if necessary, schedule an inspection.

c. If the defect is confirmed to fall under the Warranty, the Company will rectify the issue at no additional cost to the customer.

Limitation of Liability:

The Company’s liability under this Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective workmanship. Under no circumstances will the Company be liable for consequential, incidental, or special damages.

Transferability:

This Warranty is provided to the original customer and is not transferable to subsequent property owners.

Termination of Warranty:

The Warranty will automatically terminate if the customer:

a. Makes any unauthorized modifications or repairs.

b. Does not adhere to the maintenance guidelines provided by the Company.

No Other Warranties:

Except as expressly set out in this Warranty, the Company provides no other express warranties. Any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this written Warranty.

Severability:

If any provision of this Warranty is deemed invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law:

This Warranty will be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the state in which the installation was performed, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Amendments:

Any amendments or modifications to this Warranty must be in writing and signed by both parties.

Note:

This Warranty is given in addition to any rights the customer may have under federal, state, or local consumer protection laws.
